Regular maintenance is vital in keeping your instruments playing their best. Routine string changes, evaluations, truss rod adjustments, and proper humidity levels can be the difference between an instrument lasting 50+ years or 5. But we know it can be expensive and time consuming to keep your gear going year round. That’s why we’ve launched the Player’s Membership. A repair club membership that gives everything you need to sustain, maintain, and play on.

Membership Includes:

- One Free Set Up A Year* ($70 value)
- 10% Off All Repairs For the Year* (up to $100 per repair)
- Free Same Day Service On Qualifying Repairs* (savings of 15% per repair)

* Membership Guidelines:
- A ‘Year’ is 12 months from membership start date.
- a ‘Set Up’ includes setting the action at the nut and saddle(s), string radius, truss rod adjustment, setting intonation, pickup height (when possible), cleaning electronics (when possible), and cleaning of the instrument.
- ‘Qualifying Repairs’ for same day service are set up, bone nut, bone saddle, fretdress, pickup installs and electronics repairs, string and tunes, and re-frets.
- ‘Same Day Service’ must be booked and confirmed one week in advance, and all parts needed for the repair must be purchased and in stock by the day of the service.
- 10% discount is not included on Same Day Services as Members are already saving 15% on Labor for those services.
- ‘Membership Fee’ must be paid in full and cannot be split into separate payments.
